We want to introduce to you Neisha, Dee and Olivia, three of our Home Care Workers at our Rotherham branch. Dee used our ‘Refer A Friend scheme and referred both Neisha and Olivia to us and received £300 for each person!

Why have you chosen to work within the care sector?
Dee:
I chose to work within the care sector as I am passionate about looking after the elderly in their time of need.
Olivia:
I have always been interested in health and social care and wanted to do a job that is rewarding, such as this one.
Neisha:
I chose to work in care because I genuinely care about people and wanted to work within a role where I can truly help them.
How did you find the recruitment process and training?
Dee:
The recruitment process was spot on, I would say 10/10. The training was excellent and very in depth.
Olivia:
The recruitment process was very smooth and uncomplicated from start to finish. The training was also very good and I gained a lot of knowledge from it.
Neisha:
I found the recruitment process pretty quick and easy, from my initial phone call, to my interview and attending training was quick and easy. The training was very in depth and covered everything, I learnt new things that had not been covered in my previous training with another care company.
How have you found working with CRT so far?
Dee:
Working for CRT has been great. Every day is different and brings new challenges.
Olivia:
I am new to care work and have really enjoyed it. It was a whole new experience for me. I have really enjoyed getting to know the service users and help them with their needs.
Neisha:
I have found CRT a good company to work for. CRT is very well run by the office staff and management.

Dee:
My friend already worked for a care company but she wasn’t happy, I recommended her to come and work for CRT as the management team are great. I have now recommended two friends who have both started working for CRT.
