🌟 Team Celebration at the Lincolnshire Care Awards 🌟

Last Thursday evening was a remarkable one for our team as we attended the Lincolnshire Care Awards. It was a night filled with inspiration and recognition of the incredible dedication within the care sector.

We are very proud of Betty Aldwin, our Registered Manager for CRT Lincoln & Gainsborough, who was a finalist in the ‘Home Care Registered Manager’ category. Although she didn’t take home the top prize this time, being a finalist is an amazing achievement, and it speaks volumes about her commitment and excellence in care management.

Betty, you embody the spirit of exceptional care, and we are immensely proud of your achievement. Your hard work and leadership do not go unnoticed, and this recognition is well-deserved. Congratulations on reaching the finals - you’re a winner in our eyes! 👏

I am so grateful for my carers! My eyesight is not very good anymore so without them, I would really struggle each day. I look forward to them coming because I like their company and have lovely chats with them!

Olive – Client

The Carers help me with tasks like getting dressed in the morning but they never take over – they let me do things for myself which is good because my independence is so important to me.
